Please read these terms carefully before using Eatelligence.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eatelligence ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

eatelligence provides AI-powered recipe suggestions, meal planning, pantry management, nutrition tracking, and food waste reduction features. The service includes both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

• One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium features require a paid subscription

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

• Refunds are handled according to App Store/Google Play policies

• You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings

5. User Content and Data

• You retain ownership of content you create (recipes, meal plans, pantry lists)

• You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve the service

• You are responsible for backing up your data

• We may delete inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by eatelligence

• Our trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without permission

• AI-generated recipes and suggestions are provided for your personal use

7. AI Features and Disclaimers

• Recipe suggestions and nutrition information are AI-generated and may not be 100% accurate

• Always verify nutritional information and ingredient safety, especially for allergies

• We are not responsible for health outcomes from following AI-generated recipes

• Consult healthcare professionals for dietary advice

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

• Share explicit, harmful, or inappropriate content

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings

• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

• Paid subscriptions are non-refundable upon termination for cause

10. Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

• Nutritional information is for general purposes only

• We are not liable for food allergies, poisoning, or health issues

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eatelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law
